Our faux beams are a great solution. If you need to have the beam covered on all 4 sides - select a 4 sided beam. Our 4 sided beams ship as 2 pieces - a 3-sided beam and the 4th side that is mitered and ready to attach during installation. When covering an existing structure you will need to account for the material thickness when specifying the outer dimensions of the beam.
