To answer your question- yes, the mortar color can be painted. It would need to be painted on site after the panels are received using a water based paint.
With that said, if you haven’t already done so I would first recommend ordering a sample to see the mortar color in person. Sometimes colors can appear slightly different when viewing them on a computer monitor and the sample will show the true color. Samples can be ordered through our website here.
