I apologize but we are not able to manufacture a smooth beam. You can take a look into a smoother texture instead, like the Reclaimed or Driftwood styles.
Also, there would be two options for shipping a 24' long beam. The standard method when checking out through our website would be cutting the beam in half so it can ship by LTL Freight. Freight shipment costs vary greatly depending on your location and you can get a shipping quote through our website by adding the beam to the shopping cart. If you do not want the beam cut in half, a 24' long piece which would need to ship via truckload shipment. Truckload shipments start at $1,500 and go up from there based on location. You can give us a call and any Customer Experience Specialist would be happy to assist you in getting a truckload quote.
