River Rock panels are not flexible so using them for the radius of an archway would be very difficult. The only thing I can think of at the moment is you could use the river rock set and adhere the individual faux rocks. Again, they are not flexible (but can be shaved down with a box cutter or small saw to fit) and are hollow. You would also have to craft a way to handle the gaps between the faux rocks to make it look like grout. It could work but overall, not an ideal use case for the product and will require a lot of patience.
