Yes, you can run electrical conduit through Heritage Faux Wood Beams. However, the beam cannot serve as the structural support for the electric box or lighting fixture. You will need to attach them to another support, such as the ceiling. Our high-density polyurethane foam faux beams are not designed to be load or weight-bearing at all.
