How do I handle shipping damage?
Old Chicago Faux Brick Wall Panel - Tall
We bought 6 panels and each one came broken where the faux brick sticks off the side. We are working with it. What is the best glue to use to re-attach the broken pieces? Please reconsider how you ship these! I also read the policies about damage. But the carrier did not collect signature. They were left at our door. And in middle of major home remodel we did not open for several weeks, well past your policy timeframe. Frustrating to pay $1000; for each one to be poorly packed and carelessly handled in shipping. Just need guidance now how to fix them. Thank you.

I am so sorry to hear that the panels are broken and I'm sure you are incredibly disappointed with us. We try to package them appropriately but carriers can be really rough with large boxes.
If you want to repair them, we recommend using Loctite PL3x. If you would like us to ship replacements (which will be shorter than our typical lead time) please contact customer service M-F from 9-5.
