Thank you for reaching out to us in regards to our products! Whether the panels will adhere will depend on how severe the stucco texture is. If it is a mild texture (less than 1/4''), the panels can be applied directly to the stucco using a glue only installation method. If it is a more heavy texture, the stucco would need to be sanded down or removed before the panels can be installed. Please let us know if you need any further information.
