We do not recommend installing our panels directly to the ICF as we cannot guarantee that the adhesive we recommend will adhere or be too harsh and damage the ICF. We offer a drainage mat (link included below) that may be able to install over the ICF with mechanical fasteners and then the drainage mat will provide viable surface for the panels to install onto. When installing the panels, you will just want to be sure to use screws long enough to go through the panels, mat, and into the ICF.
