How long do panels generally take to off-gas VOCs?
Nevada Dry Stack Faux Stone Wall Panel
I'm interested in your Nevada Dry Stack panels for our church sanctuary. Are the panels generally made to order? I'm concerned about off-gassing and air quality from the panels, as well as the adhesive. Can you give me any information on this? Do they have a smell when new? How long do generally take to off-gas VOCs? Would our church need the fire rated version, and are they likely to take longer to off-gas? Thank you!

Our panels are made to order. Our Finished Products (the Panels themselves) do not have any VOC's to off gas once they are molded, and any small amounts of VOC's that might be in the paint we utilize, off gas during the drying process in our manufacturing facility. In regards to any smell, some people find that any odor they might have when new is similar to a new car smell (which stands to reason since many of the parts of the interior of your car are made from the same type of Urethane Material that our panels are made of, and similar paint products). The big difference being, if there is any smell from them (often there is not), it dissipates quickly, since unlike your car, the panels are not confined to a small / sealed area.
