The fieldstone panel is designed this way to achieve a more realistic installation to mask the seams so that there are not visible lines where the panels come together. I also wanted to make you aware that we just launched a new Fieldstone style called Anson, shown at the below link. The Anson Fieldstone panel can be staggered by 1/2 a panel both horizontally and vertically which should help cut down on waste. https://www.barrondesigns.com/anson-f...
